Character Name: Yanagi Renji
Fandom: Prince of Tennis
Grade: Sophmore
Age: 15
Dorm Number: 1-18
History: Ever since he could remember, his family was always moving. Not like exercise mind you, his family was always moving from one house to the next, city after city after city. Apparently, it's because of his father's job. Renji's sister was okay with all the moving, but Renji wasn't. He would make friend with one person and then find out that his family had to move the next day, thus making him heartbroken and distressed. Books and reading became his security blanket. He read books and novels, and even read the entire school library at the tender age of eight.
One time, his family stayed in the Tokyo region for a while and that was when Renji took up tennis. He met another tennis player named Inui and together they became the unbeatable doubles pair. However, their friendship was cut short when Renji moved away. Still in the Tokyo region, but far away from Inui, Renji met two other tennis players. Yukimura and Sanada. With their exceptional tennis skills, they snagged the National Championships for two straight years. They were known as the three demons of Rikkaidai.
Knowing that Renji was a growing genius and a very good tennis player, his parents began to search for a prestigious boarding school. A boarding school would be perfect for Renji since he couldn't adjust well to moving from city to city. Luckily they found a boarding school that suited Renji's needs. It was called Saint Ambrose Academy. Perfect.
Personality: Renji's a quiet boy and has a dry sense of humor. He's never had a friendship last for more than two years and he is desperate for some friends. With his perfect grades and immaculate apperance, his friends sum him up with one word: nerd. He also collects people's data, not because he's a stalker, but because he's just simply interested and just wonder if they are worth being his friend. In his spare time, he likes to write haikus.
